At KAD Cloth, we try to ensure that every transaction is executed seamlessly. We take great care in handling and delivering the products and abide by the highest quality standards.
As an internal policy, we do not offer returns on products delivered to you in perfect condition. We only provide replacements if you have had an incorrect product delivered to you(the product received is different from the product mentioned in the order confirmation) OR if the product has a quality or manufacturing defect.
If you feel like you ordered the wrong size, please write to us at email@example.com within 72 hours of delivery. After our team performs its routine quality check, we will be happy to replace your product within 7 days from the date of receiving the returned product. We can also provide you with the option of a refund, in the aforementioned scenario.
Please note that products cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons other than the above.
In order to exchange a product, return a product or report any damages, feel free to call us anytime between Monday and Friday, 11 A.M. until 6 P.M. IST at +919831897301, or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, shipping address, date of purchase and a picture of the defective product. We will get back to you within 2 working days.
We will make a reverse pickup within 3-4 working days.
If a customer refuses to pay the duty at the time of port entry mandated by the respective country, KAD Cloth is NOT liable for a refund.
Given the nature of the products, we reserve the right to provide a resolution as we think is correct. In other words, our judgment is final and we reserve the right to change any of the policies mentioned above. Every case of returns is handled individually. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
