In case you accidentally ordered the wrong product, you may call us at +919831897301 or email us at sales@kadcloth.com within 24 hours of placing the order to make a change. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting us on the same within 24 hours of order placement

Our regular domestic shipping speed is 5-7 working days. International deliveries are made within 2 weeks from the date of order. You may choose the express shipping speed if you need the product earlier.

We will organize a reverse pick up within 3-4 days of the return/refund request submitted.

Refunds will be credited within 7 days of date of receipt of returned goods after a thorough quality check

You will receive a tracking number once you have placed the order. Our shipping partner FedEx will ensure for timely updates on the status of your order.

Yes. We do have a pick up service.

If there has been some mishap on our end and you have not received the package within the guaranteed time frame, we are sorry! You may claim a refund by writing to us at sales@kadcloth.com

Damaged goods are just unacceptable. Please reach out to our customer service team, and we will arrange for an immediate replacement.
